My disqualification in the race barely one day before the election came like a thunder bolt, horrifying and devastating seems like all hopes in my life were lost. It raised dust from all corners of the varsity even in the government house and Ebonyi in general. They knew my capacity and equally know very well that I was the best candidate as well likely to win the race and that was why they conspired and place nonsense reason on me just to remove my name from the race. When I got the information that I was disqualified, I did not hesitate but swung into action to ascertain the reason behind it. Loo and behold, I met with the Vice Chancellor alongside with the S.A to the GOVERNOR ON STUDENTS AFFAIRS COMR GIDEON ONWE and some top government officials in which the VC on his capacity invited the Dean students affairs unit to explain the reason why I was disqualified. The Dean alleged that I used *ODONO PETER CHUKWUDI as my authentic appellation in the university database but contrary used ODONO PETER AFAM to purchase form of which he alleged to have been a violation of the SUG constitution. I made known the evidence of change of name with newspaper publication to get it right, but all my effort was boycotted. I wrote petitions and even obtain court verdict restraining school management from conducting the election but they went on to carry out the exercise but is well. Some nincompoop went saying that I forged *CGPA* which was a cock and bull story. My GP even supersede the needed GP. It was rather a miscalculated attempt to mar my ambition and integrity.
I am short of words. I can't finish all I passed through during the struggle. Should i talk about accident or financial involvement? It was never an easy thing to me. It was a gang up plan by kangaroos to maimed and to take away what truly appertains to me, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Abakaliki bloc students, and indeed Ohaukwu Local Government Students. I strongly believe that what is a head of me is greater than what is behind me. It was a big blow and a slap to my supporters but I urged u to remain calm as greater opportunities await me soon. You people have truly demonstrated that you indeed a reliable supporters. The protest embarked upon by you people was commended by the Dean faculty of social sciences and humanities *Prof Rev Fr. Clement Osunwoke. I don't know how to express how am filled with courage and strength. You was my strength when I was wake. *Injury to one is injury to all*. Your prayers, calls, text, advise and financial support has been my strong hood.
Thank God that those cabals responsible for my disqualification was unable to make it at the end. We are friends and shall continue to be in respective of what. A man is digging pit for others is doing that for himself.

To my dear president elect distinguished *COMR OGBU EMMANUEL*, I greet you fundamentally sir. Am happy because your alignment with my team after what happened contributed to your emergence. We shall continue to work together in making EBSU better. Bravo!!
To those who worked against me or those who played syhcophancy during the context, may God bless you as you wish others and remember that we can never predict future. Am very proud to say that am Gallant comrade because I fought like a Lion King. You can never raised dust like I raised in EBSU at large. To those who lost in the election, take heart comrades. My disqualification brought voter apathy in the election and that's why some contestants did not score high vote. Many did not come to vote. Am not the SUG president today but I know what is coming is Greater and more prestigiously than SUG president.
