Description 

The aim is to track real sales figures in comparison to the budget and guarantee that retail locations have the necessary resources to accomplish the objectives.

To support the preservation of a favorable brand reputation for Rainoil, it is necessary to make sure that service delivery at all stations conforms to established group criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the execution of sales budget at the retail outlet.

• Reports to the Head of Rainoil Sales & Marketing regarding overall station performance metrics that have been agreed upon.

• Ensures that the stations have access to the necessary resources to keep their staff engaged and productive.

• Maintains high standards in all retail activities, and effectively implements the budget to drive sales and profitability.

• Ensures that all station requests are in line with the approved budget and controls.

• Provides guidance to station managers on service, performance, operational standards, and requirements.

• Monitors and evaluates operational and marketing results at stations and develops interventions to promote business growth and development.

• Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

• Identifies opportunities and leads initiatives to expand revenue drivers at stations.

• Implements measures to effectively track and address customer feedback and complaints.

• Monitors inventory reports at retail stations to ensure that products are always available.

Requirements:

• Applicants are required to possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Applicants must have between 0-2 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
